Still Life: Olive Twig #50
In the late 1960's in London I drew a bunch of olive twigs and painted them. The leaves were made in what i saw as the most used shaped in my figurative art. I wanted to achieve a vocabulary of forms to study color. Today, I revisited my Olive Twig series. Here: Still Life: Olive Twig #50. These eventually led me to a personal grammar of form and color< I still use today.
